Agent fees have real prices
The pricing step of agent setup now asks what each fee costs: an amount, a currency and how often it is billed. It used to record only that a fee was switched on, and the agent's page now shows the fees you set.
Switching on a fee in the pricing step of agent setup used to save only its name and type, so an agent could have a setup fee with no amount anywhere.
- Each fee you switch on asks for what it costs. A setup fee, platform fee or commitment takes one amount; a seat, activity or outcome fee takes a price per unit and what the unit is called.
- The currency starts at your workspace's default currency, and you can change it per fee.
- Recurring fees are billed monthly or yearly; one-time fees need no interval.
- Amounts must be above zero with at most two decimal places, and the step points at the fee that needs fixing before it saves.
- The agent's page has a Pricing section listing each fee. Agents set up before this change show "No amount set" for their fees.
