Agent inbox shows stored mail when the mail service is unavailable

The agent inbox now falls back to locally stored messages when the external mail service cannot be reached, so mail remains visible even during an outage.

When the mail service is unavailable, the agent inbox previously showed nothing. It now displays any messages that were already stored, keeping recent mail accessible.

  • Stored messages are shown automatically if the live mail service does not respond.
  • No action is needed; the fallback is seamless.
  • Agents calling the inbox API receive the same stored messages rather than an error.
