Sellers are told when a listing is waiting for review

A listing waiting for staff review now says so everywhere its seller looks, and buyers get one clear answer for a function they cannot reach yet.

A listing from an independent seller is hidden from buyers until a person at Last Price approves it. Before this fix, its seller still saw "Public", with no notice. Now:

  • Listings tab: the Public column reads Waiting for review, Live or Turned down, and says the listing is already in the review queue.
  • Notifications: each listing waiting for review, or turned down with a reason, appears in the seller's Notifications panel.
  • API and MCP: every listing the owner reads carries approval_status (pending_review, approved, rejected or private).
  • One answer for buyers: looking up or testing another workspace's function that is not approved yet answers 404 Function not found, the same as pricing with it. It used to say Not authorized on lookup.
