Check each API operation's authentication requirements
The API reference distinguishes public operations, credential-protected operations and routes that require a signed-in person.
Inspect an operation's authentication declaration before calling it.
Protected routes describe API-key or bearer-token access where supported; session-only routes have separate requirements. Public discovery remains identifiable as public. An empty security declaration should not be interpreted as permission to bypass a route's authentication.
