Plain names for every scope in the API keys dialog

Each scope in the Create new secret key dialog now has a plain name, with its id under it, and the keys table shows every date the same way.

The scope list mixed ids such as billing:read with one plain name. Now every scope reads like "Read billing" or "Manage webhooks", with its id underneath for anyone writing code, and the descriptions say what a scope lets a key do in plain words.

We also tidied the dialog and the keys table:

  • The key name label lines up with the other labels.
  • Every tick box is the same size.
  • Created, Expires and Last used all show dates as "Oct 22, 2026".
