Tell us a price is wrong from ChatGPT or Claude

A new MCP tool, report_problem, lets an AI assistant pass on that a price is off, the item is wrong or something did not work, the same way the mobile app does, so the team can look at that exact answer.

When someone tells their assistant "that price is wrong", it can now tell us.

  • One call. report_problem takes a reason (price wrong, wrong item, something broken, an idea, or other) and the person's own words.
  • The exact answer. For a price, the assistant sends its check_id, the price we gave and the price the person expected, so the team looks at that answer, not a guess at it.
  • Same as the app. Reports from a chat land in the same place as reports from the mobile app. Nothing about the price changes when you report it.
  • Packages. The LangChain, AI SDK and Agents SDK packages get the tool, and the client gets reportProblem.
