Tell us when a price looks wrong

Tap the flag under any price in the mobile app to say the price looks wrong, the wrong thing was priced, or something did not work, and what you think it is worth. Every report reaches the Last Price team and is read by a person.

Every price in the mobile app has a small flag beside it.

  • Contest a price. Tap the flag and pick what is wrong: the price looks wrong, it priced the wrong thing, or something did not work. Say what you think it is worth and add a note if you like. The item and its price go with the report, so you never retype them.
  • Anything else. Report a problem in the account menu covers the rest of the app, ideas and requests included.
  • Read by a person. Each report is emailed to the Last Price team and kept with your account. If we need more, we email you.
  • From history too. Open any saved price and the same flag is there.
  • API. POST /api/problem-reports takes a reason, a note, and for a price its check_id, computed_price, currency and expected_price. Up to 20 reports an hour per workspace.
