Validate store connections and expire outdated price proposals

The commerce pipeline checks connector inputs and pricing rules, and prevents outdated proposals from being approved.

The API reference for creating a store connection, which names any missing credentials, and for approving a price proposal, which refuses an expired one.

Provide the credentials required by the selected store connector and valid pricing-policy rules.

New proposals use the currency's supported precision. A newer pending proposal can supersede the older one for an item; proposals also have an expiry, seven days by default unless configured otherwise.

Review the latest proposal before approving it. Expired proposals return a conflict and require a fresh pricing cycle.
