Review store proposals and manage price observations

Commerce links directly to its tabs, identifies proposal products and lets you remove recorded competitor observations.

Proposal rows show the product and expiry where available; running a cycle reports the proposals it drafted. Recorded competitor observations return an ID that can be used with their delete endpoint to remove an incorrect observation.
