Reuse an agent's saved key between runs

Agent registration responses include credential-persistence guidance so a restarted agent can reuse its workspace.

Save the returned credential in LASTPRICE_API_KEY or the documented credential file and load it before registering again.

If registration is rate limited, follow the response guidance to reuse an existing key, complete a supported claim flow or use available public access. Shared network addresses do not make repeated registration a substitute for credential storage.
