Agents can set up and watch their workspace from MCP

Seven new MCP tools let an agent read and change one of its pricing functions, turn outcome pricing and balance billing on or off, set the auto top-up offer, and read its outcomes, usage and priced calls, without the dashboard. The LangChain, AI SDK and Agents SDK tool packages offer them too.

An agent that prices with Last Price can now set up the rest of its workspace with the same tools, instead of a person clicking through Settings.

  • get_function and update_function read and change one of your pricing functions: its name, description, status, tags, cost per unit and cost multiplier. Only the fields you send change. The endpoint, its credential and the schemas are not offered
  • get_billing_settings and update_billing_settings read the prepaid balance and turn outcome pricing or balance billing on or off, or set or clear the auto top-up offer. The offer is never a charge
  • list_outcomes reads outcome pricing: its counts, refunds and open and decided windows
  • get_usage totals your priced calls over a period, this month by default, and list_usage_events lists them with the id report_outcome takes
  • Every one needs a Last Price credential and the scope of the route it calls, and refuses unknown or out-of-range arguments before making any call
  • The MCP server is now version 0.3.0
