Release v0.10.0

v0.10.0 makes price checks say what a buyer should do next, renames the "fair" answers to plain band terms, and publishes one vocabulary that explains every band, confidence and verdict the API returns.

  • Price checks give a next step. A price check now answers within_band instead of fair and tells the buyer what to do: buy, negotiate, walk away or check more. Spend policies use on_too_high and include_verdict. Clients that read the old names need an update.
  • One vocabulary for the API. Agents can read what each word means at /.well-known/lastprice-vocabulary.json: every kind of band and confidence, the verdict and next step values, and which fields carry each one. compute_price now says what its confidence means: the pricing function's own 0 to 1 score, not a chance that a buyer accepts.
  • Clearer MCP tools. compute_price and verify_price describe every field an agent acts on in their output schemas. list_functions and browse_catalog take the same filters as the API: status, execution type, built-in, tags and paging.
  • Clearer errors. When your own pricing endpoint returns an error, Last Price answers 502 with that status instead of a generic server error. Agents on current x402 clients are told when a payment is above their default $1 cap and how to raise it.
  • Fixes. Quotes through UCP accept any request id, and link previews are cleaner.

Works with MCP server 0.10.0 and skills 0.3.0.

Features that are still switched off get their own note when they are switched on.
