Public demo budgets survive app restarts
Public price and verification demos retain their hourly budgets across app instances and explain when the budget cannot be checked.
The public compute and verification demos keep separate limits of 30 attempts per IP per hour, including invalid requests. Restarting the app does not reset the countdown. A full budget returns 429 with the wait time. When the budget cannot be checked, the demo asks you to retry shortly instead of reporting an invented remaining balance. Authenticated compute remains available on its own terms.
