Demo refuses prices above its supported range

The public demo and keyless compute tool explain an out-of-range price instead of silently substituting 100000.

A supplied context.current_price above 100000 now returns 400 with code demo_price_out_of_range and a pointer to authenticated compute. The public demo keeps its existing ceiling and shared hourly quota. Accepted prices pass through unchanged; missing and zero values retain the pricing function's own handling. No credentialed compute limit changes.
