Assistants can manage every email alert

update_alert_preferences and get_alert_preferences now cover the five alert types that the Email alerts settings gained: invoice_update, payment_received, team_change, security_alert (API keys created or revoked) and balance_low. Until now the tool refused them as unknown, so an assistant could switch off only the older types.

The list_notifications description now lists every kind in the feed: invoices, payments, team changes, low balance, listing reviews, and, for owners and admins, API keys. It also explains that a person's in-app switches hide the kinds they turned off.
