Accounts with a verified authenticator factor must complete the code step after their primary sign-in.

The new sign-in step asking for the 6-digit code from an authenticator app.

After signing in, enter the six-digit code from your authenticator to complete the session.

Protected session access and native-token exchange return MFA_REQUIRED while the second factor is pending, allowing clients to send you to the code step.
