Review retrained pricing models in shadow

Forge trains candidates from reported quote outcomes and evaluates them without changing the price shown to buyers.

The Forge card showing candidate shadow-evaluation progress and an estimated comparison with active prices.

The Forge card on Learned pricing shows candidate status and evaluation evidence.

  • Scheduled training considers eligible workspace and product histories, subject to processing limits.
  • Candidates are evaluated on benchmarks and recorded quotes before shadow evaluation.
  • In shadow, candidate prices are recorded alongside later quotes. Buyers continue to receive the active price.
  • Evaluation estimates alternative margins from a fitted acceptance curve. It does not observe sales at the shadow prices or prove those prices earned more revenue.

Owners and admins can reject a candidate. The API and get_forge_status MCP tool expose its progress. Shadow evaluation alone does not promote a candidate to live pricing.
