Review invoices that deduct credits before payment
The payment agent requests review when it detects credits, discounts or deductions netted against invoice charges.
Invoices containing detected credits or deductions are held for a person to review before payment.
Check both the gross charges and the proposed deduction. A credit described in an email is not independently verified by the payment agent. Amount-cap checks still apply.
