A cost of 0 sets a floor, not a price
Work that cost nothing to make is no longer priced at 0. Cost-plus prices it from your band, and verify judges it against the floor only, so a seller and a buyer checking the same price get the same answer.
An agent running on a free model has a unit cost of 0. Cost-plus priced its work at 0, and a buyer checking the seller's price with that cost was told any positive price was too high, while the seller's own check called it fair.
- Cost-plus with
unit_cost: 0prices at the middle ofconstraints.min_priceandconstraints.max_price, and says the cost set only the floor. With no band it refuses and names the two fields. POST /api/price-router/verifyandverify_pricewith a cost of 0 and nocurrent_pricecall any price at or above 0 fair at confidence 0.25, and say the verdict means only that the price covers its cost.- A positive cost, or a request with a current price, is priced and judged as before.
