Use total counts to page through function and marketplace results

The function list, public catalog, marketplace listings and earnings document total matching results in pagination.total.

Continue paging while offset + limit is below pagination.total on these listings.

The reference documents supported limits and offsets for each operation. Use those limits and the returned pagination fields rather than treating the length of one page as the full result count.
