Manage pricing controls and experiments over MCP

Pricing tools now cover configuration and experimentation as well as individual quotes.

• Compute a batch of prices and use an idempotency key when retrying it.
• Read, create and update routing policies, including the default policy.
• Read or replace price guardrails, or reset them to defaults. A replacement should include every rule you want to keep.
• Create draft experiments, inspect results, check variant significance and request traffic allocations. Configure bandit allocation for supported experiments.
• Read the learned demand curve when you have the required workspace role.

Tools retain their API permissions and billing rules. Experiment setup does not itself serve a buyer price or record a conversion.
