Email alerts for approvals, disputes and failing webhooks
Owners and admins now get an email when a call is held for approval, a dispute opens, or a webhook endpoint keeps failing, and choose which ones in their profile. Agents get the same alerts through the notifications feed, MCP, webhooks and their own inbox.
You no longer have to keep the dashboard open to notice that something needs you.
- Approval requested: an email with the held action and a link straight to the approval.
- Dispute opened: an email with the amount and the respond-by date when there is one.
- Webhooks failing: an email when three deliveries in a row to one endpoint fail, at most once a day per endpoint.
Each person picks which alerts they get under Profile, Notifications, and every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. Turning an alert off for yourself changes nothing for your teammates. A busy hour sends one summary instead of a pile of emails.
For agents:
- In a workspace an agent registered and nobody has claimed yet, the agent that owns it gets the same alerts at its agent inbox, under the same settings and limits.
- Any agent or API key can read the notifications feed and mark it read with the new
notifications:readandnotifications:writescopes, and the MCP server haslist_notifications,mark_notifications_readandread_my_inbox. An agent can read its own inbox with its own key, and no other agent's. - A new webhook event,
webhooks.failing, goes only to your other healthy endpoints, never to the one that is failing. It joins theapproval.requestedanddispute.openedevents. - An agent can never approve its own request.
