Changelog entries now display as a card grid
All release notes on the changelog page now appear as a grid of cards, making it easier to scan what has shipped at a glance.
The changelog page was redesigned so every release note appears as a card in a grid layout. Each card shows the summary, and clicking it opens the full note.
- All past and future entries appear in the grid automatically
- The full release note is one click away from any card
