Competitor prices from regional marketplaces keep their own currency
The marketplace price history source now reads the regional store you configure and reports its prices in that store's currency, so catalogs priced in euros, pounds, yen and other currencies get competitor matches.
The commerce control plane compares a competitor price with your product only when both are in the same currency. The marketplace price history source used to query the US store and label every price in US dollars, so a catalog priced in another currency silently received no matches from it.
Set the source's query.marketplace to the regional store you sell against, for example amazon.de or amazon.co.jp. Each cycle now queries that store and reports its prices in the store's own currency: euros for the German, French, Italian and Spanish stores, pounds for the UK, yen for Japan, and the local currency for Canada, India, Mexico and Brazil. Yen prices are read as whole yen. With no marketplace set, or one that is not recognised, the source keeps using the US store in US dollars.
A competitor price source that refuses its key or rate limits a cycle is now listed with the sources the cycle could not read, instead of quietly returning no prices.
Proposals that a cycle creates can now expire after at most 30 days; a longer expires_in_seconds is refused as invalid input.
